FLOWW Media will be here for most of the day doing our school/sports photo.
Parents will have an opportunity to purchase pictures AFTER the pictures have been taken.
🖤💛🤍The Freshman Class are selling customized Huntington Locomotives blankets🖤💛🤍
They are microfiber throw blankets that will have Huntington Locomotives printed on them with the Locomotive mascot black,yellow and white will be their colors.
Blankets are 60x70 in size and are $40 dollars each. We will be ordering extras, but if you want to guarantee you get a blanket then please pre-order them with a 9th grade student.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are looking at September 16th 2024 to be our first day of school. HOWEVER, as we all know things come up and we may have to change the date again.
If your child(ren) is between the ages of 3 and 4 years old and is independently using the restroom please contact the school if you would like to register your child(ren).

Volleyball and Football practice will begin on AUGUST 19th. Please have sports physicals turned into the office by the first practice.

Due to the Wildfire Crews using the Huntington School grounds as one of their command stations we have decided that it is in ours and the students best interest to change the first day of school.
The OFFICIAL FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL will be
August 26th, 2024! Breakfast will start at 7:30am. Elementary breakfast will be served in their classrooms and MS/HS in the cafeteria, please remember to use the cafeteria doors as we have a new lock/door system so the office doors will be locked.
REGISTRATION will still be August 12th 2024 8:30am to 12pm and then in the evening 4pm to 6pm.

If your student athlete missed out on the free sports physicals we did in May don't worry, Valley Family Health Care is offering free ones. See the list below for dates, location and times!

Once again Huntington School is supplying all basic school supplies for our students.
We do not supply backpacks.
All Elementary students do have PE and gym shoes are not required, but the teachers do have spots for the students who choose to bring PE shoes.

It's going to be a very hot day please remember water and sunscreen!!
Just a reminder next Monday May 6th, 2024 at 12:00pm we will be having FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS in the school gym.
OSAA requires that every 2 years you recieve a new sports physical in order to participate in any MS or HS sport.
Even if your student athlete received one this year I would suggest getting it done again and letting your two years restart.
We have physical forms in the office for parents to come and sign OR your student can take it home and bring it back signed.
From the health department: Oregon law allows for adolescents 15+ to consent for general medical care.

Tomorrow April 30th at 12:45pm we will be starting our Annual Basketball 3 on 3 tournament!!
We will have a concessions for this event!
