November Attendance Challenge

🍿OUR ATTENDANCE IS POPPIN 🍿 On November 3rd we celebrated our October Attendance with all sorts of different popcorns and watched some Disney Shorts. Our attendance for the month of October was 88% which is awesome!! Let's see if November attendance numbers can beat Octobers!

It is hard to believe that Fall Sports are coming to a close. Please join us on Tuesday, October 28th, to celebrate our Fall Athletes.

Reminder today October 18th 2025 is the Sophomore Chicken BBQ from 12pm to 2pm down at Huntington Bait and Tackle 🍗

Attention all Parents/Guardians: Below is a letter from the Principal Mrs. Jones.

ATTENTION ALL HUNTINGTON RESIDENTS: The Baker County Health Department will be here at the school TODAY October 15th at 10:00am to do FLU SHOTS. If you received a letter stating your child needs a vaccination they will also have those available. Please call the school if you have any questions.

This Saturday October 18th from 12pm to 2pm pst come on down and support the Sophomore Class!! If you haven't pre-purchased your ticket(s) you can reach out to any sophomore student or call the school at 541-869-2204.

Our October Attendance Incentive is a Popcorn Party at the end of the month. All students that have 80% or higher for the month of October will be invited to attend.

A huge shout out to families and students for awesome attendance for the month of September. We appreciate students being here and families making sure their students are at school!

Please note that for Thursdays COLOR WAR our Middle School color is BROWN/TAN and our elementary color is PURPLE.

THURSDAY EVENTS:

5:30pm pst our HS students will be doing out annual CANNED FOOD DRIVE.
*HS STUDENTS ONLY WILL BE FEED BEFORE THIS EVENT*

7:00pm pst we will have our annual Bonfire across the street at the tiny homes. We ask that ALL children/students are supervised by their parents/guardians.

FRIDAY EVENTS:
--REGULAR SCHOOL DAY--
Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 8:00 am in the cafeteria.

9:30 am PARADE STARTS (we do have a map but sometimes the leader gets lost)

All students will be released at 11:30 am. Bus students will leave shortly after the release time.

LOCOMOTIVES vs Wallowa Cougars at 2:30pm pst

Homecoming Court will be announced at Halftime.

Homecoming Dance is from 8:00 pm to 10:00pm.
